JoyPilot is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal information necessary to provide you with a personalized experience:

We do not collect or store sensitive personal health or therapeutic data. Conversations are for personal reflection and are not treated as health information. User accounts are used only for authentication and feature access, and conversation content is not permanently stored on JoyPilot servers.

Your information is used solely to:

Your conversation history is stored locally on your device using secure, encrypted storage. When you use AI-powered features, your messages are sent to third-party AI services for processing, but JoyPilot does not permanently store these conversations on our servers. This means:

• •Local data is encrypted using industry-standard encryption
• •You can delete your conversation history at any time using the "Clear All Data" button in Settings

JoyPilot uses third-party AI services (such as OpenAI and Anthropic) to power conversational features. When you interact with AI-powered features, your messages are sent to these services for processing and generating responses. These services are carefully selected for their privacy standards and data protection practices.

Important: While JoyPilot does not permanently store your conversations, third-party AI providers may process and temporarily retain your messages according to their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of these services:

Analytics data shared with third parties is anonymized and aggregated whenever possible, and used only for improving the service.

You have the right to:

Note: Your conversation history is stored locally on your device and can be deleted at any time using the "Clear All Data" button in Settings.

Note: Deleting data from your device does not affect any processing already performed by third-party AI services. For information about data retention by AI providers, please refer to their privacy policies.

Your conversation history is retained locally on your device until you choose to delete it using the "Clear All Data" button in Settings or by uninstalling the App. JoyPilot does not permanently store your conversations on our servers. Third-party AI services may retain data according to their own retention policies.

JoyPilot is not intended for use by children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

If you are using JoyPilot from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and updating the "Last updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
